DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: 13.11.2025

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and visitors to do the same. All music, artwork, and related content on this website is owned by Vorks Records or used with explicit permission from the respective rights holders.

Although our platform primarily hosts our own music releases, we provide the following DMCA-compliant process for copyright concerns.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material available on our website infringes your copyright or the copyright of a party you represent, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent.

Your request must include the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. Identification of the specific material that you believe is infringing and that should be removed (including URLs or direct links).

  4. Contact information, such as your full name, address, phone number and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. This statement must be made under penalty of perjury.

Send your DMCA Notice to:

DMCA Agent
Name: Vorks Records
Email: copyright@vorks.net

2. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:

  • Review the request,

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content,

  • And notify the uploader or responsible party if applicable.

Since the platform hosts primarily our own label content, content removal requests usually concern unauthorized external uses or misinterpretations.

3. Counter-Notification (if applicable)

If you believe that materials removed as a result of a DMCA Notice are not infringing, or you have the legal right to use the material, you may send us a Counter-Notice.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its original location.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified.

  4. Your name, address, email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

After receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 14 days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate or restrict access of any user who repeatedly infringes copyrights.
This is rarely necessary on our platform since only our label uploads.
